At EzPacking, we want you to love your organized travel experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and organizational inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
